I would normally give 10/10 but I was slightly disappointed that my car wasn't washed this time. It's a small thing but I've come to expect this. I also didn't get a report or explanation of the work, summarising what they check/etc at the end.

My car was with you for 2 weeks for a problem with the fuel injectors - this seems excessive and I think you had some staffing/ holiday issues with experienced work shop staff which contributed to this and I suspect parts weren't ordered in on time

Great service from Danielle from booking in the mini, to courtesy reminder call the day before, greeting on the day and after service. Took two trips to completely rectify the issue with my car but that was because a part had to be ordered.

booked in for work and MOT I picked my car up and got home checked MOT certificate saw I had lost a month. I telephoned and when it was looked into should of booked it in the next day I wouldn't have lost month felt mini should have picked this up
