I was disappointed not to receive flowers, mug or umbrella or ant mini related gift, my husband received a mini umbrella and I had flowers when he purchased his car, I just got the keys!!!!!!

Disappointed that these things weren't checked before leaving the garage, I am concerned that in the future problems could occur due to the oil contamination of any rubber boots or belts, or even to the engine.

Again, we were dealt with in a respectful and courteous way. The delivery was earlier than was first expected, which was good. I was given a brief introduction to the cars functions, but couldn't wait to drive it.

Having been told my car was ready for collection I had to wait for half an hour after arriving at the Mini Centre for my car to be made available.Then to find as I drove away that the bonnet was still open (but fortunately on the safety catch).
I have had a few problems with my car and Danielle Stewart at Sytner Newport looked after me very efficiently.
