Only appears to be one person who can take keys or update on work even though lots of other people sat around talking.

I arrived early. Even though I was early I was told car is booked in for the day. On arriving to pick the car up they asked if I would like it washed. This should of been done automatically. A Service is expensive and they didn't even wash the car.
